⚠️ Please ensure your hair is fully pre-detangled before arrival. If detangling is required and not mentioned in advance, a £35 fee will be applied.
💧 Please note we will use your bathroom or kitchen as we need access to water. We have a 99% success rate fulfilling mobile bookings. If unsure about tap or space compatibility, please send clear pictures to our WhatsApp.
Important: After paying with Stripe, please wait for the page to automatically redirect back to confirm your booking. Do not close the browser tab until you see your booking confirmation screen.
You'll be taken to a secure Stripe payment page. The remaining balance is paid to your stylist on the day.

Terms & Conditions
Please read all terms carefully before booking.
A £15 deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled on the day or within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Should you need to reschedule, a new deposit will be required to secure the new date. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in being unable to make future bookings with Kimmie Cosmetics.
We do not accept American Express or credit cards for this service. We accept debit cards and cash only. Please send the remaining balance to: Kimmie Cosmetics Ltd · Account: 40846517 · Sort Code: 04-00-04 · Ref: Your name.
We give all clients a 2-hour arrival time slot for mobile bookings due to traffic and delays. Please let us know in advance if you have specific time restraints so we can best accommodate you.
Travel costs are included in our service prices. However, areas further outside our radius may incur an additional travel fee. Please contact us beforehand if you would like to check. We cover London, Essex, Kent, Surrey and surrounding areas.
It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies or skin/scalp conditions prior to the service. We cannot be held liable for reactions where this information was not disclosed in advance.
We do not cover parking costs. Parking will be added to your total cost. If a parking ticket is issued due to your parking instructions, you will be fully liable for the fine.
If a child is unable to sit through the treatment, we may need to terminate the booking early. However, the full balance will still be required.
We are not liable for any heat damage. We will discuss a safe temperature you are comfortable with prior to straightening and will use appropriate heat protection throughout.
Please ensure your hair is fully pre-detangled before arrival. If detangling is required and not mentioned in advance, a £35 fee will be applied. Light detangling can be accommodated before a spa treatment if needed — please consult us beforehand if unsure. If hair is extremely matted and detangling takes over 60–90 minutes, a separate charge will be discussed before proceeding.
Depending on the type of booking, we may need additional support to bring equipment up to your floor. Please let us know your access situation when booking.

We will contact you before your booking is final. For last minute or same day bookings, please contact us via WhatsApp to confirm we have received your booking.
For premium late night spa bookings (after 7pm), please contact us via WhatsApp to book. A premium fee will be added for anything after 7pm.
